Appointments

Consultations are generally booked in 15-minute intervals. Consider a longer appointment if you have several or complex concerns. Same-day availability may not appear online, so call reception if you cannot find a suitable time.

New patients are welcome. Reception can help arrange an appropriate first appointment. Please bring identification, your Medicare card, medication details and relevant medical information.
Doctors set their own fees. Please confirm current fees when booking. Medicare rebates may apply to eligible consultations; additional fees can apply for consumables, non-Medicare services and missed appointments.
Results require appropriate clinical follow-up. Repeat prescriptions and referrals may need an appointment and may attract a fee. Contact reception for guidance.
If you need urgent medical assistance, call 000. For non-emergency after-hours advice, contact the National Home Doctor Service on 13 SICK (13 7425) or healthdirect on 1800 022 222.
Personal health information is handled in line with applicable privacy obligations. You may discuss feedback with the practice or request information about complaints and privacy processes from reception.
