Eligible patients may receive much of their pregnancy care from an accredited shared-care GP while remaining connected with a participating maternity hospital. Care can include routine antenatal checks, test coordination, health advice and postnatal follow-up.
Eligibility and the appropriate pathway depend on individual circumstances and hospital requirements.
